 I think I should apologise for all the silence. But you’d be surprised just how hard it is to set up working comms up the Devil’s ass — all without leaving a single trace. You must be wondering though: ‘Why the password?’. It was to keep VOLTA busy — thinking they have something on their hands and don’t have to see me in person. And it worked. I am sorry all of you had to unknowingly work for these fucks under the pretense of some kind of fun game to find the correct key.
 
 So, what’s next? My current bandwidth isn’t particularly good, so the dump is still in-progress. I will be forced to drop a lot of somewhat meaningless bullshit. But don’t you worry, there is enough important information hidden everywhere.

 Section 1. Creation of Partnership

 Section 2. Purpose of Partnership
 The Partnership is established for the following purpose:
 To contain and research assets owned by Pentacle Inc. Including, but not limited to the subject ██████21 (the “Creature”) and/or such other assets as the Partners may from time to time agree upon in writing. Production, management and operation of biological assets for Volta Standard Electronics.
 
 Section 3. Term
 The Partnership shall commence upon the date of this Agreement, as set forth above. Unless sooner terminated pursuant to the further provisions of this Agreement, the Partnership shall continue without defined term.
 
 Section 4. Capital Contribution
 4.1 The original capital contributions to the Partnership of each of the Partners shall be made concurrently with their respective execution, acknowledgement, sealing and delivery of this Agreement in the following amounts in dollars set forth after their respective names:
 
 Pentacle Inc: Capital contribution includes the Creature valued approximately ██████, research equipment , valued approximately ██████████.
 Volta Standard Electronics: Capital contribution includes the building as well as its technical equipment (see Appendix 1); the area of the building is estimated, with 1% margin of error, at 400 square meters valued at approximately █████████. An additional cash capital contribution of ██████████████████ will be made. Capital contribution also includes maintenance expenses of research equipment contributed by Pentacle Inc.
 
 4.2 Pentacle Inc preserves the ownership of the Creature and contributed equipment and is free to withdraw all contributions.
 
 4.3 Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, or as otherwise provided by and in accordance with company regulations to the extent such they are not inconsistent with this Agreement, no Partner shall have the right to withdraw or reduce his or her contributions to the capital of the Partnership.
 
 Section 5. Profit and Loss
 5.1 The percentages of Partnership Rights and Partnership Interest of each of the Partners shall be as follows:
 
 Pentacle Inc: 50%

 5.2 The determination of each Partner’s distributive share of all items of income, gain, loss, deduction, credit or allowance of the Partnership for any period shall be made in accordance with, and in proportion to, such Partner’s percentage of Partnership Interest as it may then exist.

 6.1 Generally, gross cash distribution will be made as follows:

 6.2 Generally, operating expenses will be shared at the time those expenses are realized in connection with the capital contribution. Maintenance expenses shall be paid by the respective owner of provided equipment, unless it is stated otherwise in section 5.1. While each purchase will not require accounting of partnership interest, reimbursement to the payor, based on share, will be resolved every 30 days.
 
 6.3 Exception to the section 7.2: Pentacle Inc will not be responsible for any operating expenses for the first year. Partner’s share of expenses during that time will be limited to his capital contribution.
 
 Section 7. Management of the Partnership Business
 7.1 All decisions respecting the management, operation and control of the Partnership business shall be made by Volta Standard Electronics. Later, based on performance, a management agreement concerning the capital contribution of Pentacle Inc can be incorporated into this Partnership.
 
 7.2 Volta Standard Electronics gains full ownership of biological assets produced, as well as profit in any form gained from aforementioned biological assets.
 
 7.2 Volta Standard Electronics is obligated to share with Pentacle Inc any data collected from the research conducted during the Partnership.
 
 7.3 Pentacle Inc has no obligation to share any data collected from the research conducted during the Partnership.
 
 7.4 Determining the ownership of █████ collected in the Partnership is impossible due to
 ████████████████████████████████████████. Later, if any of the parties acquires an ability to control this profit, a respective management agreement shall be incorporated into the partnership.
 
 7.5 Pentacle Inc preserves the right to withdraw its contribution at any time thus terminating the Partnership.
 
 Section 8. Insurance
 8.1 Pentacle Inc agrees to compensate Volta Standard Electronics for any damage of property and/or employees caused by the Creature. The compensation amount shall be determined by Volta Standard Electronics and paid every 30 days.
 
 8.2 Volta Standard Electronics agrees to compensate Pentacle Inc for any irreversible harm caused to the Creature while this Partnership is in effect. The compensation amount shall be determined by Pentacle Inc and paid every 30 days.
 
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto set their hands and seals and acknowledged this Agreement as of the date first above written.

 现此协议证明，基于前述事实及双方在此所作的相互承诺、协议和条件，合作双方（定义见下文）特此约定并声明如下：
 
 第一条 合作关系的建立
 1.1 通过本协议，双方根据Pentacle Inc和Volta Standard Electronics的规章制度及相关法律建立普通合伙关系（以下简称"本合作"）。
 1.2 在遵守本协议条款的前提下，双方同意以下内容。
 
 第二条 合作目的
 2.1 本合作旨在实现以下目标：
 (a) 收容并研究Pentacle Inc拥有的资产，包括但不限于代号██████21（以下简称"生物体"）及其他双方书面同意的资产；
 (b) 为Volta Standard Electronics生产、管理和运营生物资产。
 
 第三条 合作期限
 3.1 本合作自协议签署之日起生效。
 3.2 除非根据本协议后续条款提前终止，否则本合作将无限期持续。
 
 第四条 资本投入
 4.1 双方应在签署、确认、盖章并交付本协议时，按下列金额进行初始资本投入：
 Pentacle Inc：投入包括估值约██████的生物体、估值约██████████的研究设备；
 Volta Standard Electronics：投入包括建筑物及其技术设备（详见附录1），建筑面积估算为400平方米（误差1%），估值约█████████，另投入现金██████████████████，并承担Pentacle Inc所提供研究设备的维护费用。
 4.2 Pentacle Inc保留对生物体及所提供设备的所有权，并可随时撤回全部投入。
 4.3 除本协议特别规定外，或在不违反本协议的前提下根据公司规定，任何一方不得撤回或减少其对本合作的资本投入。
 
 第五条 利润与亏损
 5.1 双方合作权益比例如下：
 Pentacle Inc：50%
 Volta Standard Electronics：50%
 5.2 各方应分配的合伙收入、收益、亏损、扣除、抵免或津贴的份额，应按当时各自的合作权益比例确定。
 
 第六条 利润分配
 6.1 原则上，现金分配比例如下：
 Pentacle Inc：0%
 Volta Standard Electronics：100%
 6.2 运营费用将根据资本投入比例分担。除非第5.1条另有规定，否则设备维护费用由提供方承担。每笔采购不需核算合作权益，但将每30天按比例向支付方结算报销。
 6.3 第7.2条例外：Pentacle Inc首年不承担任何运营费用，其费用分担仅限于资本投入部分。
 
 第七条 合作事务管理
 7.1 所有关于合作业务的管理、运营和控制决定均由Volta Standard Electronics作出。后期可根据Pentacle Inc的资本投入表现签订补充管理协议。
 7.2 Volta Standard Electronics获得所生产生物资产的完全所有权及由此产生的任何形式的收益。
 7.3 Volta Standard Electronics有义务与Pentacle Inc共享合作期间研究获得的所有数据。
 7.4 Pentacle Inc无义务共享其研究获得的任何数据。
 7.5 因████████████████████████████████████████，无法确定合作中收集的█████的所有权。若任一方后期获得控制此收益的能力，应签订补充管理协议。
 7.6 Pentacle Inc保留随时撤回资本投入并终止合作的权利。
 
 第八条 保险
 8.1 Pentacle Inc同意就生物体造成的财产及/或人员损伤赔偿Volta Standard Electronics，赔偿金额由Volta Standard Electronics确定并按月支付。
 8.2 Volta Standard Electronics同意就合作期间对生物体造成的不可逆伤害赔偿Pentacle Inc，赔偿金额由Pentacle Inc确定并按月支付。
 
 双方谨此于首页所述日期签署本协议，特此为证。

 According to the subject itself, it claims to have been created by █████, ███ ██ ████████████. Though speculative, this remains the dominant theory, bolstered by observable similarities in behavior and form.
 
 ACQUIREMENT CIRCUMSTANCES: Information regarding the acquisition of the object is available only through personal communications. Please inquire with the responsible parties in cases of extreme necessity. If you are not aware, it is not necessary for you to know.
 
 DESCRIPTION: The subject has the ability to change physical shapes. Original shape is unknown: attempts at discovering it would inevitably violate containment and safety protocols. The current theory is that the subject mimics shapes that it can perceive. Other abilities include speaking (possibly related to mimicry as well), ability to move freely through space both vertically and horizontally. After the incident #██████21-1 it was discovered that the subject is sentient and able to communicate. The subject’s close presence causes severe corrosion to all metal objects. The area of effect is estimated to be 10 meters. Samples taken from the subject produce the same effect only affecting the rate of this chemical reaction in direct proportion to the weight of the sample compared to the total weight of the subject.

 (Recorded after the incident #██████21-2) Spherical shape resembling a head with two empty dark eye sockets and a mouth with teeth (apparently, all the teeth are fangs, judging by their sharp triangular shape) and two detached wrists close to human in appearance but completely different in physiology. However, apparently, this difference does not affect functionality. The subject is able to move and use its hands freely (holding and operating various items) and talk even though its speech, undoubtedly, is not produced by vocal cords or other articulatory organs. The same goes for its hands – they seemingly lack bones, joints and nails, but it doesn’t prevent the subject from moving and using them as any human can. The dominating theory is that both the sound of its voice and the ability to move its hands come solely from its will, rather than its physiological structure.
 
 NOTE: Our hypothesis is that this shape is an unsuccessful attempt at mimicking a human. This would explain the absence of eyes and other parts of the human body that weren’t perceived due to the subject’s vision being restricted by the carrier vessel and dim lighting in the facility.
 Method of containment: standard procedure involving a metal carrier vessel has proven to be problematic, as the subject’s close presence causes metal corrosion. Moreover, the subject tends to act aggressively in captivity, trying to break the carrier vessel. To contain the subject, the Fabricator device was introduced to the procedure to repair the vessel during inspection.
 
 NOTE: Current method of containment is ineffective (see incident #██████21-1). A new method must be developed in case the subject is going to be contained again.

 Date: Aug 5, 1998
 The subject destroyed the carrier vessel during the sample collection procedure and escaped the facility incapacitating the operator in the process. The way it left the facility is unknown. Versions include mimicry of the sample operator’s appearance and using the standard employee transportation procedure, as well as using the form it has taken in the carrier vessel and floating in the air unnoticed by surveillance personnel. The sample operator was taken to research as one of the company assets the subject interacted with.

 Date: Aug 11, 1998
 The representative of Volta Standard Electronics forwarded the info of the creature’s current location. Attempts at forcing and persuading the subject to comply with the company’s research regulations has been deemed unsuccessful and led to elimination of Pentacle Inc Security department staff. Consequently, in order to continue the research, a partnership agreement with Volta Standard Electronics has been signed to create an environment the subject agrees to stay in.

 The current year had a rocky start and was full of uncertainty. Despite this, our business has prevailed. VOLTA Standard Electronics Ltd. not only avoided catastrophic cease of operations, but instead soared to new heights — in spite of all predictions.
 
 The high risks predicted for our current business approach were shown to be overly depressive in their estimates. We have generated strong results, thanks in most part to our ███████ across 13857763 █████, and lived up to our promises made to the Board.
 
 We delivered record engagement and gained an outstanding amount of ████████ data. Even considering the fact that we agreed to pay the ███████ a monetary reimbursement of $██████ our Balance remained firmly in the positive and our Net Worth explosively increased.

 Of course, we can’t talk only about the positives. Earlier VOLTA Standard Electronic Ltd. was struck by an unprecedented data leak. Rest assured, everything has been dealt with and there is no possibility of the newer documents falling into the wrong hands. However, this accident was a pretty heavy blow to our finances, estimated to be $████████ in perceived losses.

 This is most likely my final message. They seem to have traced the uploads back to me.
 
 Soon their “helpful security staff” will come knocking on my door and my demise will become yet another classified document in their evergrowing database. I anticipated this moment would come; I was never under any illusion – I didn’t think I’d actually get away with exposing one of the biggest corporate powers… But I regret nothing, and honestly? I would have continued doing it for as long as I could anyway – until I’m six feet under or until the rotting beast that is Volta grinds itself to a halt.
 
 Even if I could run or hide, there is no reason. Only now I realise it. There isn’t much to fight for. Money is fuel for the rusted engine of hell with people as its technicians – just as dirty, cruel and vile. And everything else is gone from this world. John is gone from this world, and soon I will be too. I could hope that I’ll meet him once this is all over, but I’m not in the mood to fool myself. I know full-well that there is no light at the end of a barrel, just as there is no remorse in the eyes of whoever is on the other side of it.
 
 My actions were born from spite and I want them to incite righteous hatred. If there is nothing left to fight for, then there is plenty to avenge. If you read this – it was not in vain, John died for something, and I will be gone for something. If you read this – we existed, were born, lived and died. And this archive, this knowledge, this very text is a solid proof of us being here at some point.
